The Data Driven Sales Manager is a single-day workshop on using data to drive better performance in sales organizations. This workshop explores how data and analytics can and should be used in all parts of high-performance sales management - from your operational cadence, to onboarding, 1:1s, performance reviews, diagnosing performance issues, and even how to communicate performance issues with data.
If you’ve ever wanted to get better at sales metrics (and actioning them), this workshop exists for that purpose. This is an interactive, hands-on experience where you will be doing exercises and building tools off of templates that you will take home to your organization.
